Hey Community,
I am happy to share the launch of my freelance consulting practice. After a much-needed career break, I started envisioning stepping into the entrepreneurial space, leveraging a decade of experience in global development, civil society, and strategic policymaking. As I take this step, I’m beginning to see it as the push I needed to venture out on my own, with a greater appetite for creativity and risk. After all, why not? Especially when my entire career has been about building within existing frameworks and structures. This shift also allows me to build on this continuity while collaborating with a broader network of organizations and partners.
Aware that complex non-profit and civil society contexts need solutions beyond standard consulting frameworks, I’m excited to launch my non-profit consulting practice, supporting local, regional, and international organizations in executive leadership, strategic shifts, governance, learning, and programmatic reviews to drive sustainable and innovative development.
We’ve all seen consulting deliverables that look great on paper but miss the mark in practice. Too often, they overlook the nuances of local contexts and the realities on the ground. Meaningful work requires inside knowledge, hands-on experience, and an understanding of the power dynamics and trends shaping our sector. This is what drives me to join this space, not to impose one-size-fits-all solutions, but to co-create adaptive, innovative, and contextually grounded approaches.
I am happy to introduce the soft launch of my consulting practice. Here is how I can potentially support your work:
- Facilitation and Co-Design
- Executive Leadership Advisory
- Strategy and Governance Models Design
- Non-profit Operational Modeling
- Resource mobilization and Grant-Making for Locally-Led Initiatives
- Learning and Impact Evaluation
If you’re looking for fresh thinking and hands-on support in nonprofit strategy, leadership, or governance, let’s talk! Believing in the power of giving back, I dedicated a section on the website for small grassroots organizations and CSOs to request pro-bono support.
Here’s to new beginnings and building solutions that make a difference.
